Everyone is welcome to join us at 10:30am Christmas morning for a time of singing, prayer, and testimony around this question "What have you been 'Awakened' to this Christmas?"

Whether you stay at home on Christmas morning, gather with us, or travel to visit family and friends, we pray that the story of Christ's birth will awaken in you the true Hope, Peace, Joy and Love that comes with the Good News of Immanuel, God with Us.

 We invite you to pause from your busy schedule and join us for a service that celebrates the true spirit of Christmas - Jesus the Messiah. The Trunk or Treat is back for another year! Come out on Saturday October 26 from 2-4 for games, snacks, and a BBQ. This is fun for the whole family. Kids can dress up and travel around to the “trunks” for treats. There will be games to play and a BBQ.

Curious about using a Mac or considering one for your next computer? Life Branch is offering a free, 4-week beginner class this fall to help you get comfortable with Macs. Whether you bring your own device or use one of the 5 we have, join us this Saturday from 10-11 AM. Let us know if you’d like to attend!

We have a Town Hall meeting coming up on Wednesday October 23, at 7:00pm. We will have a financial update by Doug Sabean as well as our regular open Q&A. These events are a great way to stay updated on what's happening at Life Branch Church and ask any questions you may have. They are a casual event and are quite a bit of fun. If you haven't made it out to a town hall meeting previously, you're encouraged and invited to come out!

This Sunday October 20 is Souper Sunday, we will be having a soup lunch following the worship service. Stick around to enjoy a bowl of delicious soup and fellowship. There is a suggested donation of $5 to help us cover food costs. See you on Sunday!

Classic Worship is an hour long hymn sing that happens the second Sunday evening of the month. We gather together to sing hymns and hear reflections on the songs and scriptures. Come out at 6:30pm to join in!

Our next Family Movie Night is coming up on Friday October 11. We will be watching Spiderman: Into The Spiderverse. Admission is free and we'll have snacks available for cash purchase. Come on out and bring friends!

Classic Worship is a whole year old. We started last year in September and it has been such a wonderful event to have each month. Thank you to those who faithfully come each time. We will kick off a fall of Classic Worship with some favourites, come out Sunday evening at 6:30pm to join in singing favourite hymns together!

For our Classic Worship in August we will be featuring works by Charles Austin Miles who wrote approximately 400 songs, In the Garden and Dwelling in Beulah Land among his most well known. Come out Sunday evening and participate in singing hymns together.

On Wednesday, August 7, the British Touring Car Association of Nova Scotia, led by Bruce Tramley and his beautiful green Triumph TR6 are going to be holding a car show in our parking lot! We expect to see Triumph, Jaguar, MG,  Porsche, Miata MX-5 and even some American classics.

This is a community engagement event and are going to plan for another hot dog barbecue. The show runs from 4:30pm to 8:00pm.

Please plan to drop in to see these amazing cars and chat with their owners and invite your neighbours and friends to come with you!

The Strawberry Festival will take place Wednesday June 26 from 1:30-3:30pm. Come out to enjoy fellowship and strawberry shortcake! No need to register just come out! A free will offering will be collected to help cover the event cost.

The plan is to have a BBQ in the backyard of Stan and Ginny Thomas, if the weather does not allow this, we will move it to Life Branch Church. Lunch & Learn is back on! Join us here at Life Branch on Thursday, June 6th at 12:00 noon (lunch provided). Our guest speaker is Karina Sanford and she will be talking about "Decluttering". 

Rev. Dr. Frank Guinta will be presenting this seminar series as a companion piece to the sermon series starting in May. This is an opportunity to explore your faith through the Fruit of the Spirit as found in Galatians 5. You will have opportunity to do an inventory that will measure the fruit of the Spirit in you life. Throughout the series we will continue to develop the depth of integration of the fullness of the Spirit in our everyday lives.
