Nehemiah

We often approach the Old Testament as if it were a word only for the ancients. And sometimes we approach the Bible looking for what we want it to say — rather than listening for what God wants to say to us. The book of Nehemiah is as relevant today as it was centuries ago.

Throughout this series, we will keep asking one simple question: What is God trying to tell us today through Nehemiah? What is God saying to us about prayer? About family unity? About facing opposition? About tension within the community? About returning to worship, confession, and obedience?

Nehemiah is more than getting walls built.
It is about God rebuilding a people.
