Trunk or Treat Volunteers

Life Branch Church is hosting a Trunk-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 28 from 2-4  PM.  During the afternoon kids will be able to go from car to car collecting treats, play some games, have their picture taken at the photo booth, and sip some apple cider.  For this event to be a success, we need volunteers and treats!

Trunk Host: You will bring a vehicle to the parking lot and decorate the trunk, and give out candy to kids during the event.

Treat Donor: You’d like to donate candy to the event.

Set Up Team: You would help get the church ready for the Trunk or Treat, working outside or inside.

Decorator: You would help out with the decorations going up both inside and outside.

Friendly Greeter: You’re available to be at the event and welcome people and roam around and make sure everyone is having a good time, or answer questions that people may have.

Photo Booth Assistant: There will be a photobooth again this year, you would be assisting with getting kids and props positioned and helping out with the photography.

Game Supervisor: We will have outdoor games and indoor games available to play and you would just ensure people are able to play the games, and organize turns if there’s a lineup.

Food Server: You would help hand out food and drinks during the event.

Parking Assistant: You would direct traffic and people for those arriving and leaving in vehicles.

Odd Job Squad: You’re a jack-of-all-trades willing to help out with whatever needs to be done.

Security: You would keep a keen eye out on the premise to make sure everything remains orderly.

Clean Up Crew: You would help out after the event is over to clean up the church and take down anything put up for the Trunk or Treat.

Craft Station Supervisor: We will have mini pumpkin decorating available and you would hand out one mini pumpkin per person and help monitor the activity.
