Saturday February 7 at Life Branch Church, 10:00am-12:00 noon
Life Branch Church is creating space—intentional, gentle, sacred space—to be with God. A space to stop and rest, to be still, for reflection, and connection with God. We are calling this new initiative Soul Café.
The Experience:
During Soul Café gatherings, the sanctuary and atrium will be arranged as a quiet, welcoming retreat space. There will be places to sit and rest, a few stations with guided experiences, e.g. art materials, opportunities for reflection, and room to be still. A kettle will be on, coffee will be brewing, and light refreshments will be available—small signs of care and hospitality that remind us we are welcome just as we are.
Doors open at 9:45. Come a few minutes early to get settled.
Bring a pen and a journal, if you like to write.
We will begin at 10 am as a whole group for a brief group spiritual exercise and introduction to the theme for the morning.
Then people will choose a spot and experience to encounter God.
The sanctuary will be a silent space, the atrium will be a quiet space.
The last 20 minutes will be a time for people who want to gather in Atrium to share their experience.
Close with a blessing at noon.
