This Sunday we gather as a community to celebrate the beginning of what many church communities know as the Passion week. It’s a week filled with emotion, activity, longing, and for Jesus in particular, suffering.

Jesus rides into Jerusalem time amidst shouts of praise, but his mind is toward something much bigger. It’s a week where Jesus will need to rely on the Spirit's power if he is going to withstand all that this week will bring.
