This week is our last week in our series Body Building. We are pleased to have Mike Vlahos bringing the message to us to close out our sermon series. He will be speaking on Ephesians 5:21-30, 6:1-2, and 6:5-8.

Here's what Mike has to say about his message on Sunday:

"With our strong cultural conditioning toward independence and self sufficiency, our thoughts of submission, or of being submissive in any way, usually come with feelings of deep suspicion, defensiveness and even disgust. Yet seen through the lens of faith... 'mutual submission' within families and within the larger community of Christ infuses our relationships with the surprising gift of God's Spirit. This week as we wrap up our series on 'Body Building' we will look at this heavy lifting aspect of our faith, and the wonderful strength and resiliency it brings into our relationships."
